My physical therapist told me to start running again slowly with low miles. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill so I could stop if I needed to. No issues to report.
I'm not sure if running every day is what the PT meant when he said start running again but since it doesn't hurt I figure I'll just keep building slowly. Another 3 miles in 30 minutes on the TM.
3 more on the TM. Went a bit faster tonight but had to slow down toward the end due to the feeling of impending injury. I've got to keep remembering to go slow.
